4. Paid Listings and Payments
Providers may purchase paid listings or promotional visibility (Coming soon).
All payments are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or others).
Teefsy does not store full payment information.
All listing fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Teefsy reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies, without refund.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
Spam or harass other users;
Interfere with or disrupt the platform;
Attempt to bypass security measures or exploit system vulnerabilities.
Violation may result in immediate account suspension or removal of listings.
6. Platform Liability
Teefsy is not responsible for:
The accuracy or reliability of listings;
The quality, safety, or legality of services offered by Providers;
Any damages or losses resulting from user interactions or third-party services.
Use of Teefsy is at your own risk.
7. Waiver of Liability and Release of Claims
By accessing and utilizing the Teefsy.com platform, you acknowledge and agree to waive and release any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or rights to file a lawsuit against Teefsy, its affiliates, employees, agents, or partners for any damages, liabilities, losses, or disputes arising from your use of the platform or reliance on third-party services featured thereon.
8. Intellectual Property
All Teefsy branding, design, and content are protected under copyright law.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any portion of the platform without written consent.
Business listings remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
9. OpenStreetMap Attribution
Some map and location data are provided by OpenStreetMap contributors,
licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL).
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to your account without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved under U.S. jurisdiction.
